Spring social prescribing

Role: Helps people aged 18+ address social, emotional and practical needs by connecting them to sources of support within the community, to improve their health and wellbeing. GPs, Primary Health Care professionals and Pharmacists can refer to Spring Social Prescribing

The Oak Healthy Living Centre

 

Role: Founded in Fermanagh to work with the community to design and implement a range of initiatives promoting well-being and healthy lifestyles, reducing trauma and encouraging social development, with initiatives including Darkenss into Light to raise awareness for those affected by suicide and support for mums and children and Men’s Mental Health within the community.

 

The ARC Healthy Living Centre

Role: The ARC Healthy Living Centre aims to address health inequalities and improve the well-being of local people by bringing together a partnership of community health activities and services. he ARC Centre responds to the needs of the local community by providing opportunities to enable and empower people to develop their own resources for creative and healthy living.
